With a background in neuroscience, teaching, music and Zen, I came to therapy along a winding path.

I earned my Masters in Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and cut my teeth at the Center for Comprehensive Health Practice in East Harlem, treating a range of conditions in a dynamic and loving community health setting. During this time, I completed a four year post-graduate clinical fellowship at the Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy.

I currently moonlight as a trauma therapist and Title IX outreach coordinator at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel Victim Services, helping to prevent sexual violence and supporting survivors in recovery.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples using a present-centered, relational approach. I speak regularly around the city to raise awareness in sexual violence prevention and promote trauma-informed care. I also develop and facilitate workshops for couples interested in deepening their physical and emotional intimacy.
